The S4R front panel fan board also provides individual LAN Act/Link LEDs indicating LAN status of the four LAN
ports at the rear with signals routed from the I/O Riser. The table below shows the LED functionality.

Operator Panel
The operator panel (OP Panel) communicates with the front panel fan board (FPFB) via a cable with a 12-pin
connector. It houses the buttons and LEDs described in “Operator Panel / Front Control Panel” on page 5.
The operator panel provides end user access to the system ID, power, re-set and NMI switches. In addition to
the features described in Error! Reference source not found., the operator panel also features:
Tool-less installation/removal of board
Connection via a 2x6 connector with the front panel fan board
